I have had many experiences with dealerships and none have been as good as my recent trip to Andy Mohr Toyota. The sales team was excellent and very accommodating. I dealt with Max Hopper on the purchase of a new Sienna and Camry. He was definitely committed to providing me and my family with quality products and services. Melissa tok up the slack when the Salesperson we were to see left to go home sick. We had an appointment and told the receptionist and then sat in a chair for 20 minutes without a nod from anybody. Melissa came on the flor and walked up to us and asked if she could help. She is the best auto sales person I know. She checked before she answered and definitely saved the day. They mail out trade-in offers with specified trade-in value, but won't honor it. Quoted a price that was higher than on the Internet, didn't provide a second key. Price was also higher than other dealers with the same model with fewer miles. Financing not explained adequately, had to call bank to see why total was higher than we thought. Update since this review was posted: We met with Erik Wilson, general manager of Andy Mohr Toyota, at his invitation. The dealership will provide us with a second key and will pay for two new tires when we're ready to replace them. We are pleased with Erik's offer and satisfied that our complaints have been resolved. Our meeting was pleasant and businesslike, and we commend Erik for his resolution of this issue. More

I bought my Toyota Camry at this dealership and called this morning to schedule its required maintenance. The front desk transferred me to the service department, where, according to my phone display, th this morning to schedule its required maintenance. The front desk transferred me to the service department, where, according to my phone display, the telephone rang for two minutes but no one answered nor did it go to voicemail or back to the front desk. I called back and asked when someone might be in the service department so I could call back. I was told "they were back there" and she would take my name and number and have someone call back. That was three hours ago. No one has called. Andy Mohr Toyota obviously has too much business and cannot even give customers the courtesy of a return call. I shall find another Toyota dealership who perhaps still wants customers. Therefore, I can only rate this service department on customer service and overall experience -- both unacceptable. More
