I came to Andy Mohr Toyota,at my wits end in finding a car, that would be dependable, nice looking and priced right. I first met Scott Vallier, he was very pleasant and friendly. He walked the whole lot with me trying to find just the right car, that I would be happy with. I never found anything that day, because I was a little edgy at purchasing a new car since I am on disability and on a fixed income. Scott made me feel at ease and did not pressure me. He followed up with a few phone calls but did not pressure me, just kept in touch. I looked at some more dealers and more cars, but I kept thinking Scott would be the one I would eventually deal with. I had many bad experiences at different dealers. Finally, I decided today is the day, I am just going to take a leap of faith and buy a car. Therefore, I went to Andy Mohr Toyota to see Scott. Scott wasn't there but Brad was. I didn't want to not buy the car from Scott, but Brad was very nice and friendly as well, and I really wanted to buy the car this day, before I lost my nerve and didn't do it at all. Brad was very helpful, and at the end of my purchase he told me he was sharing the sell with Scott. That made me so happy, and I think it was very, very nice of Brad too! My overall experience in dealing with Andy Mohr Toyota has left me knowing I will be a repeat customer for many years to come. Thanks Scott and Brad! More
Max and Sara were both very friendly and helpful. Max went over all the main details about the Camry and was very willing to answer any questions that we had. This dealership is a very questionable business. Make sure you double check all of their paperwork. Do not believe what they tell you. They will say anything to get you to buy the car. Dealership didn't honor the USAA member discount that they said they would honor on the USAA membership website. Instead, they played with the numbers and brought the car down a little bit. In the end, they said they would send a check for some more of the discount (not all) they admitted they were supposed to honor that they didn't. Also, they treat customers buying a used car differently than customers buying a new car. More
We really enjoyed working with Chris Potter, Kelsey Bail and the rest of the staff. They were friendly and helpful and made the experience pleasant overall. The reason for the 4 out of 5 on the customer service was the amount of time the final transaction took. My wife and I had already completed the credit application on a Saturday and completed the "deal" for the vehicle and I returned Monday to do the final paperwork and pick up the vehicle. I arrived about 10 until 5:00 PM and left right around 7:15 PM with the vehicle which seems like an inappropriate amount of time to complete the sale. Again, we could not be happier with the staff and the overall experience. More

It was the most pleasant car-buying experiences we have had in purchasing 16 vehicles in the last 41 years. The entire team answered all our technical and finance questions, and they worked together to gives us more than we asked for. They quoted us a price for our trade-in, test drove the trade-in, and gave us another $100 on the trade in after the deal was struck. They didn't have all the options we wanted, so they gave us a price reduction, allowing us to have the options installed at a dealer closer to home. The car was ready for us whe we arrived, and our sales consultant, Russ Seals was waiting for us and met us at the curb when we drove onto the lot. We will gladly recommend them to our friends. More

The staff of both sales and management that was involved in my pur in a variety of locations, the Andy Mohr facility is by far the most professional. The staff of both sales and management that was involved in my purchase made us feel comfortable and involved to the point that we felt like things were going our way. We both had objectives and both were met. An excellent, no pressure sales and management team that allowed us to come away with the vehicle we wanted at the price we had targeted.
