Dealership didn't honor the USAA member discount that they said they would honor on the USAA membership website. Instead, they played with the numbers and brought the car down a little bit. Also, they treat customers buying a used car differently than customers buying a new car. More
We really enjoyed working with Chris Potter, Kelsey Bail and the rest of the staff. They were friendly and helpful and made the experience pleasant overall. The reason for the 4 out of 5 on the customer service was the amount of time the final transaction took. My wife and I had already completed the credit application on a Saturday and completed the "deal" for the vehicle and I returned Monday to do the final paperwork and pick up the vehicle. I arrived about 10 until 5:00 PM and left right around 7:15 PM with the vehicle which seems like an inappropriate amount of time to complete the sale. Again, we could not be happier with the staff and the overall experience. More
Outstanding experience. We interacted with Russ Seals, Peter Lewkowicz, and Mark Miller in person, and with Kelly Howell over the phone. It was the most pleasant car-buying experiences we have had in purchasing 16 vehicles in the last 41 years. The entire team answered all our technical and finance questions, and they worked together to gives us more than we asked for. They quoted us a price for our trade-in, test drove the trade-in, and gave us another $100 on the trade in after the deal was struck. They didn't have all the options we wanted, so they gave us a price reduction, allowing us to have the options installed at a dealer closer to home. The car was ready for us whe we arrived, and our sales consultant, Russ Seals was waiting for us and met us at the curb when we drove onto the lot. We will gladly recommend them to our friends. More
Over the past 50 years or so of driving and buying cars in a variety of locations, the Andy Mohr facility is by far the most professional. The staff of both sales and management that was involved in my pur in a variety of locations, the Andy Mohr facility is by far the most professional. The staff of both sales and management that was involved in my purchase made us feel comfortable and involved to the point that we felt like things were going our way. We both had objectives and both were met. An excellent, no pressure sales and management team that allowed us to come away with the vehicle we wanted at the price we had targeted. Russ was great to work with! He is friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. He actually listened to what we were wanting/needing and was so helpful in finding the right fit for our situation. It took us a few times of coming back to the lot to get the right vehicle, and Russ was patient with us every step of the way. Russ was always on the level with us and conveyed honesty, principles and values - something you don't always find with salespeople. He is backed by an impeccable, caring, hard-working staff at Andy Mohr Toyota. We were very pleased with our experience and will certainly go back to see Russ for our next vehicle purchase! More

I decided to purchase my SUV from Andy Mohr because I wanted a dealership with good customer service but in my experience with them that is not what I got. Their sales department was horrible. I bought my SUV from them and the next day had just a small problem so I tried to contact the sales department (since service department said I had to get the ok from them first in order for the repair to be free of charge). I left numerous messages and even once talked to the manager but he was busy so he said he would call me back. But that never happened. When I did talk to the manager he was short and rude to me.So a week and a half later I decided to contact a different Andy Mohr dealership to get the contact information of the general manager. In the end I got the repair done free of charge but it should not of taken a week and a half of me calling every day! The general manager never apologized for no one returning my call which I thought was rude. I did not feel like customer service is there top priority. More
