It was a good experience as in everyone was very helpful and friendly, but I am slightly frustrated because they did not have an answer for me on why my prius just would not start. It had a p lock malfunct and friendly, but I am slightly frustrated because they did not have an answer for me on why my prius just would not start. It had a p lock malfunction that came up on the screen. I unhooked the small battery and let it sit over night. Tried starting again the next morning and nothing. I called Jessica.... she talked me through on how to jump it. We did that and still nothing. We messed with it for a while and it finally came to life. I took it straight to Toyota where they checked it all out. She said they tested the battery 3 times and said it was fine. As I am glad I did not have to spend the money on a new battery... I still have no answer on why this happened, and I am nervous it will happen again. More

I emailed Gail a few months ago about the Venza. She answered my questions and followed up with me. I was waiting on a rebate from my previous car. He was very knowledgable and was not pushy. He left me alone and let me make my decision on the car based on the information he gave me about the vehicle. I am impressed that Gail made notes and informed him I did not want to be pushed. This was the best experience I have had in buying a car. Pushing a customer does not always work and for the first time I feel someone listened to what I wanted as a customer. Thank you Dona More
