Very friendly staff. Walked in the door without an appointment and asked to see if I could get the oil changed in my truck, the service rep said let me go see, with in about ten steps he said it would appointment and asked to see if I could get the oil changed in my truck, the service rep said let me go see, with in about ten steps he said it would be no problem to get you in today. I told him my truck was parked by the door and the keys were in it, I asked if he needed anything else from me he said nope, "we have you covered." I greatly appreciate the fact that even though I don't know the names of the service folks they seem to know me and it makes me feel good to know that my vehicle and myself are going to be taken care of when I come in for service. Guy that checked me in seemed annoyed I went to his station when I pulled in. I asked him if he would rather I go to a different station and he shrugged his shoulders and said "where you gonna go?"
