I bought a car so there IS a record. Also I sent u the names of those I dealt with. So, yes you have their names. It was 4-11-2022. Chris Westfield and Manager was Stephanie. Again, I will never visit or recommend Andy Mohr due to the employees treatment of paying customers. The owner needs to be accountable for assuring his staff are able to do their job professionally. Im in medicine. There is zero tolerance in my profession. It would be immediate termination.

We appreciate your perspective on this, Jack. We do charge a fee for Toyota Certification, as ensuring that a vehicle is up to Toyota CPO standards requires additional work. The fee is clearly disclosed in the fine print attached to the vehicle listing, which we encourage all interested parties to read so that they are fully aware of all pertinent information regarding the vehicle.

Note that they did not deny deception. In Indiana, the options provided by a dealership to an individual consumer have to improve what I have available or else it is a deceptive business practice.
