Four months we purchased spark plugs from this location for our Toyota Corolla. We supplied the VIN number and they gave us the parts. The spark plugs were installed and within a month the car started jump for our Toyota Corolla. We supplied the VIN number and they gave us the parts. The spark plugs were installed and within a month the car started jumping forward while accelerating. We decided to take a look at the spark plugs and put the old ones in to see if that would make a difference. Upon changing them, we noticed that we were not given the correct plugs - instead we were given the plugs for a HYBRID model. When we called to see what they could do, they informed us "if one of their mechanics had installed, then they would've noticed the incorrect part number and fixed it immediately". I don't believe that, and I don't believe a customer should be degraded about an issue that was 100% Andy Mohrs fault. The parts woman had no empathy and put on the blame on us. Now we're out $70 and still have to buy new spark plugs - the correct ones. We will never go here again and will be sure to tell everyone to stay away. More

Be aware that they upcharge for Toyota Certification. I realize that some dealers may do this, but it seems deceptive from my perspective. Our dealers at home do NOT do this practice. When discussing financing options on purchasing a new 2021 Tacoma, I told the salesman that I was approved at 2.19%, and was interested in hearing their available rates. They came back with 2.14% through 2021 Tacoma, I told the salesman that I was approved at 2.19%, and was interested in hearing their available rates. They came back with 2.14% through Chase, which sounded great. However, they failed to mention that there was a $200 origination fee ate up all interest savings I would have had with the lower interest rate, which looks like a deceptive business practice under Indiana Law. I am considering my legal options, and recommend you avoid the dealership. More
