When Russ Seals began working with me, he was so knowledgeable and low-key that I felt my questions were taken very seriously and he patiently let me experience and come to my own decision about replacing my Corolla with a Camry. That size vehicle makes so much difference with our current usage of taking my vehicle on long trips, not just Joe's Avalon. He even trusted me to drive vehicles by myself on test-drives! He took care of all the paperwork in such an efficient manner, accompanied by the financial officer's paperwork and time, and even had the interior Ziebarted in a fraction of the time we have normally spent trading cars.
