$6,000 was added to the price of the car. I asked what this was for but the salesperson and I were interrupted by someone and the question remained unanswered. I'm now financing that $6k bu I asked what this was for but the salesperson and I were interrupted by someone and the question remained unanswered. I'm now financing that $6k but I've not received anything for that $6k. The way I see it, Andy Mohr simply stole $6k from me. I spoke to Cari Price later that week and was told that ALL hybrids have an upfit charge but this is not true. Just this week I've found two Rav4 Hybrids on Andy Mohr's Website that do not have this chg. After the fact, I was told two different answers as to why that chg is added - the gal who answered my call said it was because of low inventory. Cari Price told me it is b/c it's a hybrid - all hybrids are charged with it, which is not true as noted above. I was also told by Cari Price that the Buyers Order that I signed shows the breakdown of the total price. It does not. It shows only the higher price as the 'selling price' with the $6k already added in - it is not broken down anywhere on that form. My call w/Cari ended with her hanging up on me - nice! One more thing I'd like to mention, after realizing I'd simply 'donated' $6k to Andy Mohr, I checked several of the other Toyota dealerships in the area. Only one was charging a dealer upfit - but it was $2,000, not $6,000. Not one of the other Toyota dealerships I checked were charging this upfit chg at all. And yes, I realize I went ahead and purchased the vehicle without getting an answer to my question re: the $6k - I get it, that's on me. But sales people have a way of distracting a customer and engaging them in other topics about said vehicle and before you know it you're in the finance office, unknowingly financing an add'l $6k for which I had nothing to show. I woke up the following morning realizing the numbers didn't make sense and immediately called Andy Mohr wanting to return the car. I was told by the finance guy (Braden?) that they would not take the car back - he had already filed the pprk w/Toyota Finance which I question that he'd really done. It was close to 7:00 pm by the time I'd left the dealership so I question that he'd filed the pprk at that late hour. Perhaps he did, but?? Having said all that, I will never again do business with Andy Mohr Toyota. Nor will my kids - we have all driven Toyotas since the mid-nineties and we will likely continue driving Toyotas. But we won't be purchasing them from Andy Mohr. I have purchased so many cars along the way but never have I had the ugly experience that I had with Andy Mohr. More

Their advertising is misleading, went to see about purchasing a used vehicle that had a good advertised price, and when I started making the deal, it was $8,000 more and they wanted to give me $2500 t purchasing a used vehicle that had a good advertised price, and when I started making the deal, it was $8,000 more and they wanted to give me $2500 than my trade was worth (per kbb). It really unfortunate because they have exactly the car I wanted to buy, but I don’t want to work with a dealer that is dishonest. Buyer beware. More
If it were possible to give this dealership negative stars I would do so. I purchased a 2022 Sienna Platinum from Andy Mohr Toyota in December 2021. They told me all dealerships were selling above MSRP stars I would do so. I purchased a 2022 Sienna Platinum from Andy Mohr Toyota in December 2021. They told me all dealerships were selling above MSRP and I foolishly believed them. I found out afterwards that it simply was not true, some dealerships were but many were not. In my opinion, they have the right to price their vehicles however they choose - but not to lie about it. I have since heard many horror stories from people who bought from an Andy Mohr dealership. In fact, when I took the van to another (highly reputable) dealership for service there were seven people in the waiting area discussing why they would NEVER return to an Andy Mohr dealership. BUYER BEWARE! Andy Mohr does not understand the benefit of return customers. More

Arriving om the lot, I was greeted by David May instead of my appointment (1100 AM) with Jorge Rios. David seemed welcoming and continued to be of service. The car I was to see and potentially buy was unav of my appointment (1100 AM) with Jorge Rios. David seemed welcoming and continued to be of service. The car I was to see and potentially buy was unavailable because staff could not find the key or fob or both. I was steered to the only other one, a 2020 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid. I was grateful because I had been looking for one for at least two years. I'm prepared to share my rant about corporate price gouging but it will probably fall on deaf ears. I thank everyone involved in my purchase experience especially David May, Margo Kerr-Armour and Ibrahim Cissoko. These are good people and can recommend them to Friends. More
Buyer Beware ! ! ! Drove 2.5 hours to look at a Tacoma and was planning on trading in a 4Runner. When salesman came back with offer for trade and numbers for the ! ! Drove 2.5 hours to look at a Tacoma and was planning on trading in a 4Runner. When salesman came back with offer for trade and numbers for the deal, there was an additional $3,995 uncharged for window etching, Ziebart for exterior and another one for interior. Told salesman I did not want any of it and wouldn’t accept offer on my trade. Salesman said I had to take it and I told him that was illegal. You can’t make a customer take additional options on a used vehicle. Came back with offer that was acceptable for my trade but additional options were still on the write up. I said I did t want any of it. Sales manager (TJ I believe) said they would take $500 off and I said no and he went to his manager to see what he says and said they couldn’t do the deal without me accepting the optional add one so I said ok and left. What kind of business practice is this and how many people don’t realize these numbers on the worksheet. One thing TJ said when he first sat down was “Let’s not focus on the numbers, let’s focus on getting the deal done”. Seriously? The numbers are the deal. You do not have to accept a optional add ons if you don’t want them. Considering filing a report with the BBB. This is a prime example why people hate going to car dealerships. More
