We were greeted immediately by a sales associate who informed us he was busy with another customer Our experience was great from the very beginning. We were greeted immediately by a sales associate who informed us he was busy with another customer but he took the time to introduce us to Rick. Unfortunately I don't recall his name. We were undecided about what vehicle to purchase or lease and Rick was patient with us and showed us several different options. We never felt pressured or rushed. Rick stayed with us throughout the financing process and checked in on us regularly while we waited. We have leased two other vehicles at another Toyota dealership and I was apprehensive about trying Andy Mohr. Our experience was wonderful we left with a new lease on a Rav4 and we will be repeat customers. More
