The bays were very clean the people so very friendly No not really friendly like family I'm not just saying this because that's what they want me to say I 'm saying it because it happened and it's true. No second key Overall the sales experience was great. Salesman was nice and worked with what we wanted. We waited 45 minutes to finalize the deal. Never had to wait that long at any other dealership. Even at another Andy Mohr dealership. I do have one big issue. No second key for the car. When I asked about it everyone seemed to think I was an idiot for asking about a second key. No one told me how to get one made. No one even checked to see if there was another key. I am now stuck trying to get back to a dealership to get a key made, which I found out can take up to 2 weeks to get an additional key. Not to mention I have to give you guys everything, but my DNA to get a key made. Why would you sell a car with only one key? Guess it was your way of getting more money out of people. Won't recommend you to other people. More

So fast!!! I usually hate waiting to get my oil changed or tires rotated...I would honestly rather go to the dentist than have to deal with an auto service depar I usually hate waiting to get my oil changed or tires rotated...I would honestly rather go to the dentist than have to deal with an auto service department. But today was 100% different than experiences I've had at other shops. This was my first time I brought my vehicle in to be serviced at Andy Mohr, and I was not disappointed. The waiting area was comfortable, and there were complimentary snacks and drinks. the service was soooooo fast! I only waited about 35 mins for a tire rotation and oil change! I will definitely use them again. More
