New tires, inspection, and excellent advice I got my Toyota two new tires, the brakes checked, and an overall inspection done. All that and Gary found a discount I didn't know I had! Horrible experience!!!! MUST READ....... I would like to let everyone know what this dealership did to me and my sister. We live about 2 1/2 hours away from Andy Mohr dealership but the 2015 I would like to let everyone know what this dealership did to me and my sister. We live about 2 1/2 hours away from Andy Mohr dealership but the 2015 Nissan Rogue was priced really good. So my sister called them and made an appointment to come in and test drive the car. She let them know that she was pre-approved for the asking price and barring any obvious issues during the drive, she bould buy it. The girl ( Britany, I believe ) told us Saturday at 12:30 would be perfect and the car would be available then. My sister asked her " what if someone else want to buy the car before I make it there"? The response was " we can show the car but because you have an appointment the can buy the car if after your test drive YOU decide not to buy it". All is good Saturday morning, she boarded her dog, and got a healthcare provider to watch over our mother and away we go for the long drive...... when we arrive there we immediately see the car right out front looking pretty as can be. As we walked in several sales people standing around asked if they could help us. I told them we are here to test drive that white Nissan Rogue sitting right outside the huge glass showroom windows. Well, we got the run around for about 10 minutes about until someone came out and told us the car was JUST SOLD 15 minutes ago...... I looked out at the car and someone came from behind dealership and jumped in the car and drove it away around back !!!!..... I said " you kidding right"?? There were several sales people there and one of them ( MIKE ) asked us if we would like to test drive another one they had? After about a minute trying to process what just happened, we agreed to look at what I thought would be a similar one..... WRONG !! It was a new black one ( ours was white 2015 ). I asked Mike if he was serious???? Why would you have someone come from so far away and sell the car right before they get there? His response was " were in the business of selling cars and that's exactly what we did"!!! I couldn't believe a salesman would tell a customer that so matter of fact like. No one offered an apology or any kind of of kind words that might at least help us understand why we were treated like crap.... thanks MIKE . After about an hour driving back home I called ANDY MOHR dealership and asked if I could come look at the SAME car we were told was sold out from under us and they said YES it was available?????? I was in shock and then suddenly it appeared very clear to me what happened.... BAIT AND SWITCH........ they drew us in and tried to sell us something else more expensive..... BAIT AND SWITCH..... they got us good but fortunately we didn't bite on the more expensive car..... so buyers BEWARE of this unethical dealership with very rude salesman.... sorry so long but I was very upset with this experience..... and the trip cost us about $150 with all said and done. Very Considerate! I took my car in for two recalls. I set up the appointment with Jessica, and asked her about how much time it would take. She said: "2 hours at the ma I took my car in for two recalls. I set up the appointment with Jessica, and asked her about how much time it would take. She said: "2 hours at the max. Probably less, but I want to respect your schedule, and make sure we don't disappoint." The actual service took just a little over an hour. I was shocked when she came to tell me the job was complete. In the meantime, I brought work with me, and had free access to wifi, so I was not convenienced at all. I appreciated her giving me a possible "worst-case" scenario, so that I could plan my day. I was impressed at how quickly the service was rendered! More
