My Service I came in for an oil change and get a quote on 4 new tires and find out way my lug wrench would not work on my lug nuts yesterday to change a tire. I I came in for an oil change and get a quote on 4 new tires and find out way my lug wrench would not work on my lug nuts yesterday to change a tire. I did order the new tires, good price 4 for price of 3, will get them tomorrow or Wednesday. The service personnel tell me my lug nuts have swollen and that is why my wrench will not work. Seems Toyota ought to remedy that for me, since they provided the faulty lug nuts. More

After the initial contact, I had no problem getting ahold of my sales rep with any questions I had. When I went in to do the test drive and trade-in valuation on a Friday evening everything went really smooth. Got the best valuation for my trade-in! They were able to get us financing, even with the negative equity we had. Then we got an email Monday saying they found us better terms and APR which met the payment I wanted!! They definitely work hard for the customer. More
