Good experience I didn’t schedule an appointment because all I need was an oil change. However, with my car being a 2006 Avalon, several items needed attention. Servi I didn’t schedule an appointment because all I need was an oil change. However, with my car being a 2006 Avalon, several items needed attention. Service technician (Gary) was very accommodating. All services were taken care of (including new rear brakes) & I picked up my car later in the same afternoon. A courtesy car took me home while my car was being repaired. Overall good experience except for the required payment due at the end! More

I was kept informed of the diagnosis and was given options. Of note I was waiting at the dealer unbeknownst to them around time the work was scheduled to be done. My truck was brought out and parked right before the estimated finish time. The guy moving my car got out and polished a few areas on the door with a cloth without knowing I was watching. I really felt the employees cared about the end result. I will go back and I will recommend them to friends. More
