Jhonny Mijanos approached me and asked if he could help, in a manner that is not like you usually get on a car lot. Professional, not overbearing. After telling him what I was looking for, he said he could look to see if he had something. He had a couple vehicles that fit my description, so we looked at them. He did not try to upsell me on a new truck or on something else. No pressure. While in the store, several sales managers (Mr. Kim and Geno) made sure I felt welcome and did not try to upsell me on anything. Just asked if I was being helped. Again, no pressure, just friendly. Jhonny and Geno worked with me on my trade-in (an older mini van in very bad shape). I left the lot without purchasing anything that day. They did not call me or put any pressure on me to buy something. I contacted Jhonny later that day, after I had made a decision to purchase the truck.. Made an appointment for the next morning. They treated me well the next day, and the finance guy (Billy) laid all the options out, without pressuring me at all to purchase anything additional. Just gave me the facts, and let me make the decisions. BTW - Billy is a good, down-to-earth person. Enjoyed my experience with him while we worked through the financials of the purchase. Overall, a great experience. Great, polite, non-overbearing, professional individuals at this car lot. More
Worst experience ever! I was not at all impressed with the staff at Andy Mohr of Avon. I went to look at a car that was posted online and it was not what was expected so dec I was not at all impressed with the staff at Andy Mohr of Avon. I went to look at a car that was posted online and it was not what was expected so decided to look at other cars. After looking at 4 cars I finally decided on one and was ready to pay cash. I asked if my credit would be ran. They said no since it was a cash transaction. I even asked again to be sure since I am in the process of cleaning up my credit to buy a house. I was reassured that there was no reason to run my credit. Minutes after I filled out the title application form I recieved an email from credit karma that Andy Mohr had just ran my credit and it was a hard inquiry. When I asked about it they said it was a mistake but there was nothing they can do. They were very dismissive and condescending about it. I now have to deal with this hard inquiry that never should have been there in the first place. More

I had to change her lease into a purchase and met Max Hopper who sold her the lease. He was so honest and could have sold me something else. He did not. He had no pressure and gave a suggestion and time to think about what to do. After meeting him I felt that he was NOT the typical sales person. I wanted a SUV and searched with Toyota just because of Max. He made my purchase so easy and made sure that I got the best deal. I would not normally give such positive feedback on a car sales person but Max is not that. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle please contact him. More

All of the people I delt with from first internet contact, email, sales and finance we're the absolute best! I would recommend this dealership to anyone including my family! Dishonest 3 years ago I went to this dealership because they were close to my home and I got my leased car serviced their. At the end of my lease I tried purcha 3 years ago I went to this dealership because they were close to my home and I got my leased car serviced their. At the end of my lease I tried purchasing from them and what they told me upfront was NOT what happened at the time of signing in fact it was almost $45 a mo more! As much as I tried to explain that is not what was promised me, no one seemed to care, so I went to a different dealership, told them the car I wanted and it was at ANDY Mohr in AVON and they went and got the car and my payments were what I was suppose to get that was promised to me upfront at ANDY Mohr. Well three years past and my lease is up again so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again because they had the car I wanted in the color I wanted. This time I asked specifically, this is my walk out the door monthly payment. All taxes and fees included and more than once I was told yes. I was even asked to sign the worksheet that had the agreed monthly payment. Well sure enough, I was ready to go in to sign and they verbally said your payment will be $... plus tax. I tried to explain again what was promised me and the paper they had me sign agreeing to monthly payment. They presented me with an increase of $21 a month. Might seem small to some, but not when you are on Medicare. I told them I guess once again I can’t trust you and I don’t do business like this, sorry, you just lost a sale and I walked away from the car I really wanted. Things worked out. I found the car in the color I wanted, more features and all weather floor mats at a different dealership 2 days later. They treated me with respect and were very professional. They really cared. My payment?? Lower than Andy Mohr. Buyer Beware!!!! More
Dealership Lied About Accident History and Detailing of Car I have had a horrible experience working with Andy Mohr Toyota. I bought a used Nissan Rogue from them that only had about 40,000 miles on it and the I have had a horrible experience working with Andy Mohr Toyota. I bought a used Nissan Rogue from them that only had about 40,000 miles on it and the listing of the car stated "Accident Free Carfax History" in the first line. A few months after purchasing the vehicle, the paint started to chip off the hood of the car. This has progressed and now 50% of the hood is chipped of and paint is chipping from the side doors as well. I took the vehicle to a Nissan dealership and the car was looked at by two of their workers who both within 10 mins of looking at the car said that the paint was clearly not factory paint and was the thinnest paint they had ever seen on a car. I then pulled the Carfax report myself (which shame on me for not doing in the first place) and there was an accident reported on the vehicle. I have contacted Andy Mohr Toyota multiple times to discuss this and keep getting pushed around to different people and told management would contact me which they still have not after a month of trying to get a hold of them. I feel like I was taken advantage of in the purchase of this vehicle. I was lied to in the listing which is a pretty extreme error for a well respected dealership to lie about the accident history in their listing of the car. The car had clearly been repainted cheaply to get it off the lot which explains the dealerships lack of negotiation to budge even a dollar on the listing price because they were going to lose money. The people I have dealt with in the purchase of this car have been rude and dismissive even during the purchasing process. I went into this dealership due to the well known name of Andy Mohr in Indiana and clearly over-trusted them. This has been the worst car purchasing I or my family has ever experienced, has been a huge inconvenience and waste of time, and is going to end up costing a lot of money to fix. More
