Total clown show with no respect for people’s time. I had made initial contact online, and mentioned the individual I had corresponded with when I arrived to the lot. I was told to wait so they could speak to me, which I did....for ~20 minutes, only to have them pass me immediately to a salesperson. I tried to speed along the test drive process, but the salesman wanted to tell me his life story. I tried to politely move things along again, and finally got to drive the vehicle. After getting back to the lot, I was willing to get some numbers since I liked the vehicle quite a bit. 10 minutes later my salesman came back and said all the managers were in some kind of meeting so we’d have to wait. No biggie, except 10, 15, 20 minutes ticked by without any information really. At about 30 minutes in, I said I needed to get something to eat and left. Never went back. Of course, then I get a hundred calls from everyone and their mother saying they’re ready and asking when I want to come back in. Never is the answer. More
