Their advertising talks about it being contactless. No employee on site had a mask on and I had to sign with variable pens three times. Only two of the employees had screens in front of them and my truck employee on site had a mask on and I had to sign with variable pens three times. At this time I am not able to give anymore feedback as I am waiting for my deal to be complete,(accessories to be installed) at a yet to be determined date. I would give the customer service rating below a higher score if I did not have to wait so long to do the paperwork. More
