Very unhappy. Waiting on a call back from Manager JR. Company failed to keep commitment on my vehicle with the insurance company. General insurance informed Nissans responsiblity and i agree. I will bill Company failed to keep commitment on my vehicle with the insurance company. General insurance informed Nissans responsiblity and i agree. I will bill for a rental that Shane try to pay me half for mistake was made on there part. Enterprise has billed me advising Nissan to call, have been informed they are not making any monthy off of me and they are. Waiting on credit, fixing what was not fixed in the beginning and i have 2 different estimates which they could not find and i have the information. I have never had the experience I have had. I have been getting my oil changes and previous repairs and i have never been treated as if I was not being honest. JR manager is on vacation this week. I am hoping to hear from him to reslove this matters of concerns More
