Thank you for your feedback. I left you a voicemail regarding your visit. The technician recommended replacing your cabin air filter and engine air filter. You did have those replaced a little over 6 months ago at our store. Our technicians will recommend replacement of filters as they start to show signs of being dirty. This can be as soon as 3 months after installation or as long as 12 months, it all depends on the weather, humidity, pollen, dust, etc. as to how quickly the filters become dirty again. I apologize if this was not properly explained. I will speak with the service team regarding the importance of effectively communicating our tech's recommendations. I hope you have a great day! Thank you for your feedback. As we explained, the delay in getting the vehicle repaired was due to CarMax warranty reviewing the claim for 4 business days before issuing approval. This caused the repair to cross over into the weekend and into the following week. I apologize for the delay in getting authorization for your repairs.
