Wanted to purchase a used Escalade for my significant other, and I thought where better to buy one then at Cadillac of Brentwood. I thought this would be the place to buy the highest quality used Cadilla other, and I thought where better to buy one then at Cadillac of Brentwood. I thought this would be the place to buy the highest quality used Cadillac. I was wrong. I will let all my friends and family know that live in Brentwood, Franklin, and across the state not to purchase a vehicle from here. Went to test drive a used Escalade last August, and I should have left the lot after driving it. The windshield had a massive crack in it and the ac was not blowing cold. I do blame myself on not passing on the vehicle instead letting them fix both, as my girlfriend at the time now fiancé was excited to have what she expected to be a luxury vehicle. Fast forward 6 months to February and I have it back in the shop again for a thermostat and shutter problem. $1984 bucks later to have it fixed but I understand it's a used vehicle and I did pass on the warranty thinking again it was a higher quality used car. Was not happy about paying 2k after having the car 6 months but again I understand it's used and things happen and again I did not get the extended warranty. I will say the service dept at the Mt Juliet location was very professional which took away some of that sting of that particular interaction. Fast forward a few more months to May. At this point I have had the vehicle 9 months and the ac is not blowing cold again. I call and speak to the manager Scott Alton on Friday May 10th who advises me to bring the vehicle in to let them look at it, and that the service manager Katie would call me on Monday. Dropped the vehicle off on Monday the 13th, and a few hours later we get a call from a service rep saying it will be 1600 dollars to fix the ac. We said we were not going to pay that and that we were expecting a call from Katie. He said he would have Katie call. So now manager Scott Alton and a service rep said she would call us that Monday. Never heard from her. Third time in 9 months this car is the shop, twice being for the ac. The next day I went and picked up my vehicle, never received a call and when I went in to pick it up no one even greeted or acknowledged when I walked in. Great customer service guys. More

The part was ordered and not in when we brought the vehicle, then after replacing the part there is a rattle. I still need to return to have that fixed. Which make a 3rd visit for the same issue!!!!
