She was took time to explain all parts of the process as this was my first used car purchase and what I ideally wanted was not available. I never felt pressured to make a decision. She was so easy to talk to. I had to stop myself from trying to poach her for the company I work for. I worked with Kim for the financing and he was amazing. Straight to the point. Educational. And FAST. He said he wanted to make sure you understood what you were purchasing so no matter how fast he went, stop him and ask questions. I did and he lived up to what he said.
