This dearlearship has the qualifications and standards to ensure that they provide the highest quality of customer service to their customers whether you are just getting service for your vehicle or buying a new vehicle. This Dealership's personnel were committed to go beyond their means in ensuring that we received quality service from the time we decided to purchased the vehicle to the time we had the vehicle detailed. I greatly appreciate the time and effort Chris, Dave & Bob took to ensure that I was satisfied. Thank you. I must add that I purchased a Lexus from this Dealership in 2004 & i was impressed then and know they continue to serve their customers to ensure that customers are thoroughly satisfied. They have only gotten better. We are extremely pleased. Not only are sales people courteous but also the Service department people are courteous and helpful. Special thanks to a great group of individuals. More
I was in the market to purchase a new vehicle for my family and went to Anderson on a friend's recommendation. Greg and Kristy were such a tremendous help! The knowlege they offered to help make a decis family and went to Anderson on a friend's recommendation. Greg and Kristy were such a tremendous help! The knowlege they offered to help make a decision was priceless and they were both so welcoming and patient and friendly. I can't thank them enough for making my first NEW car buying experience such a joy. We will be looking to purchase again in the next year or so and will most certainly be revisiting Anderson once more. Thanks to everyone! More
Everybody was really friendly and nice and I started out looking for a new car, but Steve showed me a used car that was very close to what I wanted and it saved me money. I felt like they were watching out looking for a new car, but Steve showed me a used car that was very close to what I wanted and it saved me money. I felt like they were watching out for me. I would definitely tell people to go to Anderson Toyota (already have). More

Games, games, games. I was told verbally they would match a lower price from another dealership, when I went in the next day all of a sudden the price was $1000 more. They told me they couldn't go that low a a lower price from another dealership, when I went in the next day all of a sudden the price was $1000 more. They told me they couldn't go that low and the other dealership had to be lying to me. Turns out the other dealership was telling me the truth and I got my brand new Camry for $1000 less AND they gave me $1000 more for my trade in!! This is my second poor experience with Anderson, I will never go back and neither will anyone from my work or my family. More
Mike Sartino did a great job showing us a car. He has more knowledge about the lexus prodcut than anyone that i know. Matt Nichols ensured that our tire pressures were correct at delivery. more knowledge about the lexus prodcut than anyone that i know. After to agreeing to match an eprice over the phone with Kristi on a new Tundra. I waste an hour and a half driving over and watching Troy the sales manager play games with me thinking I'm an idiot and tryi Kristi on a new Tundra. I waste an hour and a half driving over and watching Troy the sales manager play games with me thinking I'm an idiot and trying to nail me another $510 on a satellite radio option. Then insults me by saying "you're in business would you loose money?" Well guess what Troy??? Elgin Toyota looses money all day long because I even got the truck $400 less for the eprice that you said you would match from Lancaster out on plus it does have your $510 extra sirius/xm on it. So was $910 less than your lousy sales tactics. The "Anderson Attitude" is that you are dumb and don't do your homework. If you buy a car here you paid way too much. Couldn't buy a Lexus here from Mike Connelly years ago..ended up in Dundee with a great price. Didn't even walk in the door to buy my Scion XB....just headed to Schaumburg. If you leave this place with a car thinking you got a "great deal" you are unfortunately not informed...I am working on a detailed description of what happened but just wanted to try to save people time and money. Elgin was well worth the 30 minute drive. If a dealer doesn't have an eprice icon for the car you want, go find another dealer. Lancaster and Elgin do...of course Anderson doesn't. This is the exact truth what happened. Don't waste your time. I was done over email phone in 10 minutes with Elgin Toyota. Any rebuttals on this will obviously be put up undercover. More
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with; ever. I was warned by my parents and a good friend that this dealer was terrible. Wow, they were spot on. When we walked in were were greated by a friendly sale warned by my parents and a good friend that this dealer was terrible. Wow, they were spot on. When we walked in were were greated by a friendly salesperson (whom will remain nameless). We talked with this guy for 1.5 hours, even though we had told him numerous times exactly what we wanted. Basically he was stalling because he could not match the price of another Lexus dealer. As a last resort he brought in his sales manager who magically found some more trade-in money. By this time we were so sick of the sales people that we just left. We were able to find 3 great Lexus dealers in Madison, Chicago, and Peoria that we much more helpful and all of which beat this dealership's price by $3000.00 plus. I suggest you follow my lead and never return to Lexus of Rockford. More
I have dealt with this dealer for more than seven years and bought five cars after a lifetime driving Cadillacs and briefly Jaguar.Wanting to trade a Jaguar that I bought on impulse, I could not obtain any and bought five cars after a lifetime driving Cadillacs and briefly Jaguar.Wanting to trade a Jaguar that I bought on impulse, I could not obtain any attention from BMW salesmen and walked into Lexus dealer and immediate info and hospitality. I bought a 460, later another and a 350 for my wife. Last week we bought two more new cars. As always salesman was on top of deal but not too heavy. Rockford Lexus is lucky to have great service staff who works with sales and office to do what is necessary for clients. I bought two Lexus' this week because of a persistant salesman, great service mgr and staff as well as a wonderful and dependable product. Frankly I felt that in these days of America's economic problems I should have bought American but the relationship with the dealer and his staff brought me back to Lexus. More
Anderson has a monopoly on bigger car dealerships in Rockford, so if you want to shop locally, you're out of luck, which is why they treat people they way they do. I went in prepared and knowledgeab Rockford, so if you want to shop locally, you're out of luck, which is why they treat people they way they do. I went in prepared and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. I had printed off NADA and Kelley Blue Book retail information about the car, as well as a handful of private owner & other dealership vehicles that were very comparable. The Anderson vehicle was $2000 over all others, as well as being over NADA & KBB max price. When I tried to negotiate the price based upon my paperwork, the salesman said the price is the price and that I "need to work with them more." I informed them I would not pay over retail value for any car, nor would a bank loan money based upon that fact either. He told me that if I couldn't afford the vehicle that maybe I should be looking for cheaper vehicles, and that he could show me others "in my price range." I spent 3 hours total in this dealership between looking at the vehicle, test driving it, and sitting in a chair for 20 minutes at a time while the saleman went to talk to his manager, only to come back with their own dealership printed retail values of the vehicle to try to convince me somehow that the information I had was somehow inferior to their inhouse information. They wasted my car shopping day for over 3 hours, insulted my intelligence, and basically gave me the proverbial middle finger with negotiating at all. I will NEVER shop at another Anderson Dealership again. And as a business owner myself, I will make sure to share my experience with as many people as I can so help them avoid the aggravation. On a good note, I went over the border to Wisconsin and bought a great vehicle at a very reasonable price. And here's something I didn't know prior to purchasing in Wisconsin...they have very strict disclosure laws. They tell you more that what you will find on CarFax. I will be going to Wisconsin for all of my future vehicles. More
