Service and people are great. I think the cost of for scheduled service at this or any Lexus dealer is OVERPRICED. Greeted promptly upon arrival and checked car in for 10,000 mile service. Directed to comfortable service waiting area, had my free coffee and read a book while waiting. 40 minutes later Kyle explained 10,000 mile service. I found the model with the options that I wanted at Anderson Toyota in Loves Park, IL. I had priced the same vehicle at several other dealerships. Anderson's gave me the best price for the vehicle I wanted and also gave me the best trade-in price. Kristi in the internet sales and Jon Detrick were great to talk to on the phone and Greg Martens was great to explain all of the options on the vehicle. They were so friendly that I am glad that I drove 4 hours to purchase it from them. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely purchase from them again! More
