we were on the lot for 7+ hours before we were able to drive off the lot in a car that we had bought. they were taking their sweet time and really did not check on my wife and i . i had to go to them to s drive off the lot in a car that we had bought. they were taking their sweet time and really did not check on my wife and i . i had to go to them to see what was taking so long,and kept getting in 10 more minutes 7+ diff. times and kept getting the run around, they ran a credit report with out authorization (signature) called 2 days later to have us come back in to sign the credit release papers and had us put the date of sale not the date we came back in on the form. advice make sure you read before you sign and ask plenty of questions and check your credit records if you did not sign or give permission for credit check!!! More

Service and people are great. I think the cost of for scheduled service at this or any Lexus dealer is OVERPRICED. It is unfortunate that I feel gouged by the excessive service charges. $151.87 for an scheduled service at this or any Lexus dealer is OVERPRICED.
