I would first like to say thank you to everyone at Anderson Toyota for being so friendly and reassuring. I had never bought a car on my own before and on top of just being nervous and leery about the whole thing, I also had some, well lets just say questionable credit issues I knew I would have to overcome too, and the thought just had me all flustered. I honestly wasn't sure if they could get me down to the payment that I needed to be at for the car that I REALLY wanted, but Dave Appelgren and his manager Troy worked some miracles and Mike Parent sweet talked the bank, and they got me down to where I needed to be, and they did it so fast. I can't say enough good things about these people, they were just so helpful and so understanding about all the little quirks my particular circumstance had. I will definitely shop here again (but seeing as I just bought a 2014 Corolla LE Premium--AMAZING CAR! Hopefully not for a few years) I'd also like to say thank you to Kristi for being so sweet and kind to me from the very beginning and hooking me up with such a nice easy going salesperson. We were looking for a replacement for our 2004 RX 330 which we bought new. Checked other dealers for a Certified Pre-owned Lexus, but also stopped to see Chris Beto at Lexus of Rockford who we knew to se which we bought new. Although none was available when we stopped, he called within 30 minutes of us leaving the dealership and told us of one that came in exactly what we were looking for, a 2012, white w/ grey interior. We went back and he worked out a very good deal for us. Took care of all our needs and could not have made us feel more comfortable with our decision. Hopefully he is still there after another 10 years when we are ready for our next Lexus because he is why we would return buy again from Lexus of Rockford! More
