Jeff Spiess was the most helpful salesman we had ever dealt with and will most definitely recommend Anderson Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. When we were up to go to finance (which was very quick) Jeff Spiess took us into the finance office with Mike. Again, we were both very pleased again at how personable and friendly Mike was. Both Jeff Spiess and Mike made us feel like we had known each other for years! I don't plan on purchasing another vehicle for a few years however I will definitely be going back to see Jeff and Mike! Car dealers usually get a bad rep for either being too aggressive or not being entirely forthcoming about the quality of a car and in my experience of being involved in multiple car purchases I can say that in most cases that's not too far from the truth. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of working with josh maturano at Anderson which eventually led to my purchase of a used infiniti g35. Throughout the whole process josh was patient and very professional. He was also very knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. There were many times during our dealings together that he went out of his way to accommodate any problems or requests that I had. I drove out of the dealership comforted by the fact that we were able to negotiate a price that I could afford. Danny was amazing, he answered all of my questions, helped me through the process, and when the car needed a part replaced, he drove the part to me and replaced it for me in the driveway, so that I would not have to drive back to IL to have the part replaced. I will tell all of my friends and family that are in the car market to drive the extra few miles and head over to Anderson Toyota. I am very pleased with the customer service of this dealership. At this juncture, I had almost given up on the Lexus brand due to frustration and fatigue. Just as I was about to purchase another brand, I noticed this dealer had the exact vehicle I wanted. From the first phone call, this was a very different experience from the other dealers. Matt was knowledgeable, flexible, and just an all around pleasure to deal with! Friendly, Helpful, and Courteous I was visiting Rockford/Loves Park from Ohio. When I went to leave my motel, I discovered a slashed flat tire on my Lexus. I called Anderson Lexus, th I was visiting Rockford/Loves Park from Ohio. When I went to leave my motel, I discovered a slashed flat tire on my Lexus. I called Anderson Lexus, thinking they would recommend a tow truck company to bring my car into their dealership. Within 30 minutes a friendly, helpful man arrived at the motel and put the spare tire on the car for me so I could drive to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to quickly get a new tire installed on my car. I was treated as a member of the "Lexus Family" which was comforting being 300 miles from home. I cannot thank everyone enough for assisting me. More
