We were met with a very friendly welcome and proceeded to do a few test drives. Al actually owns the model of tacoma truck we were looking at and explained all the features in a very straight foreword way. We spent probably two hours doing drives and talking and ended up buying the truck that day. Al was extremely friendly, knew the vehicle personally, and gave us a fair price with no unpleasant pressure. We felt we picked the right place and had a great salesman.
