I went in to order a small part for my car one afternoon and after being directed to the parts center I was greeted warmly and talked about the part t I went in to order a small part for my car one afternoon and after being directed to the parts center I was greeted warmly and talked about the part that I needed. It turns out that I only needed a small piece of the part instead of the whole thing, which the woman behind the counter ordered for me at a great savings to me. I certainly didn't expect to spend so little for the piece and I definitely didn't expect to be told I didn't need the more expensive part. It also arrived the very next morning, which happily surprised me because I didn't even go in until late afternoon. Excellent parts department! More
