Loved my Salesman! He set me up with an excellent sales person- who allowed my mother and I to go on a 2 hour test drive; no questions asked! The salesman was pleasant and very knowledgable with the products they offer. Their Finance manager treated us with dignity and respected our time. The sales manager is friendly and went the extra mile to locate exactly what we were looking for when other dealers said the car of our choice was no where to be found. Our third outstanding experience! This is the third car we've purchased from Anderson Toyota. We lived in Rockford when we bought our first two Anderson Toyotas (in 2000 and 2001). We This is the third car we've purchased from Anderson Toyota. We lived in Rockford when we bought our first two Anderson Toyotas (in 2000 and 2001). We then moved to the Chicago suburbs. When it came time to replace one of our Toyotas, we realized no other manufacturer would do, and the best dealership would be Anderson. So, we made the trip back to Rockford to make our latest purchase. At first we thought we'd just look and see what was available, but Al Smith and Mike Parent made the process so comfortable and easy, we thought we'd complete the deal, and we were thrilled to drive our new car home. We are so happy that we returned to Anderson. There are plenty of dealerships closer to our home, but they are no competition for the price, friendliness and service of Anderson. Our first two Toyotas are still going strong (Camry at 270,000 miles and Corolla at 217,000), so it's going to be hard to decide which one to give up. Our first two vehicles have survived daily tollway driving into Chicago in all types of weather. They are steady, reliable performers, and we have recommended Toyota numerous times to our friends, and we've recommended Anderson for the excellent service that keeps them on the road. I am in LOVE with my new Camry, not to mention this was a GREAT experience. We were recommended to Anderson Toyota and none other than the man himself, GM Randy :) He was so nice, everyone was! Our sales guy Andy was easy to talk to, understood what we wanted and handled my demanding pregnancy ways with lots of water and cookies. We have bought cars in the past and had not-so-good experiences, but we will for sure be back when we are in the market for a new car for my husband. Everyone was so friendly the minute you walked in the door until we picked up our new car days later.
