My very positive experience with the service department in November and December of last year (my oldest daughter has a Toyota) regarding 2 recalls is what brought me back to this dealership. Jeff W., Dan C. and Devin B. were all very professional yet friendly and helpful. An added bonus, the waiting area at Anderson is very comfy and cozy, complete with endless coffee, snacks and a fireplace. I look forward to driving my Corolla and to continued excellent service. The Computer system is apparently not working properly remote start does not work, day lights only work on the driver side, check engine light is always on, phone connects randomly when I am trying to listen the radio rendering hands free feature useless. I have had it in the shop 4 times in addition to the 3 recalls. and the issues cannot be fixed. I am sure they knew these problems when they sold it to me. I realized after I purchased it that paid more for it than I could have in the Chicago area, Not a good or ethical experience. More

I have bought and paid off two cars in my lifetime and had no interest in getting a new car anytime soon. I waited to hear from insurance while car shopping online. I went to test drive cars. Multiple cars. I was trying to look for the best deal within the criteria I had set for myself for my next car. Then, my husband tried to take over. Now, don't get me wrong, I do love my husband but the man had one thing on his mind when it came to my next car and it had to be a Lexus. Did he listen to my thoughts on MY future car? No. Did he stay within the criteria I had set for MY future car? No. So, on Saturday, January 10, 2015, my husband took me to Lexus of Rockford to test drive a Lexus IS. Chris Beto was who helped us that day and continued to help me for the next few days! :) I ended up reluctantly buying and driving home with a Lexus IS that day. It just did not have enough room for me or my driving needs. However, none of that reluctance had to do with the customer service or the wonderfully nice and accommodating employees in Chris, John Wegner, and Dave Pearson at Lexus of Rockford that day. After driving the IS for two days, I decided to try and “return” it to Lexus of Rockford, while my husband was working:), because I knew it was not the car for me! Chris Beto was there to help me again. Matt was so nicely willing to also help get me out of a car I did not want and not one employee in that place wanted me to leave unhappy. I was given time to make my decision and everyone there was patient with me and kind and understanding of what was a more difficult process for me than most and I will forever be grateful to the Lexus of Rockford team for helping me to find, purchase, and love (I swear!) a beautiful Nissan Maxima. :) Thank you- Lexus of Rockford- for the A+ customer service, the car and credit advice and information, and for going above and beyond for the blonde-still married- KU-fan who could not make up her mind! :) Cindy Connors Byron, IL More

Jacob has been servicing all 4 of our Family Toyotas As we moved from the east coast, we tried few dealerships in the area, IL and WI. The most important thing for me was to build trust, I first met Jacob when he was simply assisting the service advisors ( Larry and co); and so happy to see and follow his growth to Service Advisor. I come back / call in and ask for him and will come in only when he is at work. That is the kind of Trust I have built with him. Recently I had a check engine light come on along with two others, it was snowing and single digit Temp, I called Jacob and he said enough for me to keep driving, subsequently we pulled over at a local Toyota Dealer and Jacob spoke with the service Advisor and confirmed his Diagnosis and had my anxiety level way down to normal. I wrote this from the Anderson Toyota waiting room, two weeks since I had the light come on, and he is having a look at it and I know that I am in Good Hands. Thanks Jacob, it’s a pleasure coming in and spending with Anderson Toyota, and hope you get a larger share of my pennies than not. To me Jacob = Toyota. Funny thing happened on my way to Menards First of all, let me say what a pleasure it was dealing with Chris and John yesterday. Going to Menards to get some home stuff, passed by the Anderson First of all, let me say what a pleasure it was dealing with Chris and John yesterday. Going to Menards to get some home stuff, passed by the Anderson dealer and saw the 2013 Ford Taurus SHO on their lot. We stopped and I got out and perused the car for a few minutes, just enough time for Chris to come out in the cold weather and see if he could help, that got me inside the door. From there we spent around 4 hours talking about, driving, and financing the car, seemed like only minutes as both Chris and John were easy and great to work with. Chris hand washed the car for me since there were no detailers available, gave me a future detail, and filled the tank for me. Could not have asked for better service, and I have done this car buying thing quite a few times. John in finance was also great, got me into the car at a reasonable rate and offered advice on how to build up credit scores. I must say I was extremely pleased and surprised at the ease of buying a Ford from a Lexus dealer with the help of both Chris and John. I would strongly recommend seeing them for a new or used car purchase. More

We asked him a simple question "Why should we buy from you instead of the dealership next door?" There was the deer in the headlights look in his face. But only for a moment. He was versed in the product line. Asked enough questions to determine a recomendation. He not only found a car that would fit our needs but we were able to get it at a discount. The test drive went well except at the end the steering went out. The problem was found and the head of service came out to inform us of the root cause as well as solution. The financials were professionally taaken care of by Dan Clapper.it seemed that all the people we delt with from sales to finance to service to the teck putting on the plates were very friendly,easy to deal with and personable. We have been to Anderson Toyota many times before, but decided to walk away because of pushy salesmen so we were surprise on how laid back Dan Miethke was! We love the laid back sales approach especially since we know what we are looking for and did not need to be pushed into anything that we did not want. Dan Miethke was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Overall he was a great person to work with. For the finance department, John Wegner was a pleasure to work with and he worked hard for us. We really appreciated his effort to try to meet our needs as we negotiated for our 2015 Tundra. Overall, John Wegner is great at what he does and very professional. Thank you Anderson Toyota for giving us an unexpected experience!!! Wonderful place to purchase the right vehicle! We love our new 2015 Toyota Tundra SR5! More
