Toyota customer service has never let us down! We have been Toyota owners since 1993, purchasing six cars since then-- some new, some used. We had used the same dealer in Connecticut for several ye We have been Toyota owners since 1993, purchasing six cars since then-- some new, some used. We had used the same dealer in Connecticut for several years, and were always very satisfied. We were planning on purchasing a new Camry here in Rockford in a couple of years, but due to circumstances had to push that date up to right now. Knowing we did not want to buy new right now, I spoke on the phone with Kristie Alguire, and found a few possibilities online. She introduced me to Michelle Mitchell who was also very easy to talk to and so we set an appt to come in and meet and test drive a few cars. My husband and I walked into the dealership at about 10 am, and walked out very satisfied customers of a Camry at about noon! During that two hours Michelle had us test a Camry that had just come in, and was right within our budget. She did not badger, or try to upsell us, and I think it was simply because she listened and understood what we needed, rather than her trying to talk us into something that we did not want at this time. I would recommend her 100% to anyone purchasing a car. In addition, our first contact, Kristi Alguire was also friendly and professional, and stopped over to chat for a moment even though she was quite busy. The finance manager, Dan Clapper, worked with us to get a good rate, and shopped around for us in a very short time. Much appreciated! Overall the experience was terrific and we will be returning to Anderson for our next car--and asking for Michelle of course! More
Great Customer Service We were shopping around for a new minivan. The wife did some research and found that the top three minivans according to safety ratings/reviews were the Toyota, Honda, and Kia. We went to Anderson and explained that we were shopping around to our dealer Andy and wanted to test drive a Toyota. Andy was more than willing to pull the van into their heated garage so we could look at it with out freezing to death, talk about it's options and test drive it all the while knowing we were not walking out of there purchasing a vehicle that day. He took his time with us explaining the vehicle and at no point did we ever feel rushed. We left there then went and test drove a Honda. The Honda dealer was horrible! Didn't know anything about the van and his response was "I don't have to sell them, because Honda's pretty much sell themselves." The Kia was next on my list but I was not impressed with the less than satisfactory customer service from the salesperson. I had called in with questions regurding a used one owner Kia that had just come into their facility and when I was transferred to a salesperson all they wanted to do was get me in to test drive it and rushed me off the phone. I did end up going to see the used Kia and determined it was just not going to fit my family needs there was less compartment room than the Toyota. Needless to say we went right back Toyota! Not only were we in love with the van but my wife wouldn't let me purchase a vehicle from anyone other than Andy! More

She was very knowledgeable and informative and we never felt pressured by her. She let us take all the time we needed to make a decision and was very pleasant to work with. When we are ready to buy again we will be back to see Michelle! More

Friendly and Attentive My husband and I had been researching new cars for him to replace his truck due to low gas mileage. We wanted a new car that had good gas mileage and that would fit his golf clubs in the trunk (the number one requirement). After visiting a car show in the Quad Cities, he was turned on to look at Hybrids. After doing some research, we decided that the Toyota brand of hybrids would be our best option. Being from Rockford, I knew that any Anderson Dealership would provide us with an excellent experience and a quality vehicle. We went into the dealership and left with a new car that day. We worked with Andy Brouer who made our experience wonderful. He made sure that we were comfortable and kept us laughing during any time that we had to wait. He made sure that if we needed anything that we had it. They made sure that we understood the entire process and we left with our new car looking beautiful. During the financial aspect of the experience, Troy Hancock made sure that we understood every step that they needed to accomplish for us to be able to leave with our car the same day. He made it easy and as painless as possible for us. Our car buying experience was the best we could have had. My husband is beyond happy with his new car! More

Great experience at Anderson Toyota I've wanted a Prius for 10 years, but was attempting to diligently do my research before buying. I stopped at several other dealerships, looked at oth I've wanted a Prius for 10 years, but was attempting to diligently do my research before buying. I stopped at several other dealerships, looked at other cars, but when I got to Anderson Toyota I found exactly what I was looking for. But best of all, I worked with a great salesman who was patient, explained everything thoroughly, and was personable and interested in ensuring I walked away with a good deal. Al Smith was truly a great salesman--no high-pressure techniques and no over-the-top promotion of what I already knew was a great product. I made the deal and was pleased that Al followed up to be sure he knew exactly when I would be coming to pick up the car. Because pick up was a Saturday, he did much of the prep work himself, making sure the car was gassed up and clean. My husband came with me on the day of the pick up and he, too, was surprised and pleased with the service. We worked with Dan Clapper for our financing; I walked out feeling I understood all the options and that we had made a great decision. Thanks for a great car-buying experience. I hope I won't need another for 10 years (that's how long I had my used Camry!) but I will recommend you to others in search of a friendly and informative experience. More
Great Experience I was car shopping and decided to check out the Lexus IS350. When I walked in Ben Bleed greeted me and we talked about the car and went for a test dr I was car shopping and decided to check out the Lexus IS350. When I walked in Ben Bleed greeted me and we talked about the car and went for a test drive. He was very friendly and informative. I fell in love with the car and decided this was the car I was going to buy. It took a few days and we finally got an offer put together. I also interacted with Dave Pearson who was also great to work with. They did not have the exterior/interior color I was looking for but said they could get it for me. I'm the type of person that would prefer to buy the vehicle off the lot, but I just had to have the color that wasn't available so I agreed and put down a deposit. I admit I was nervous at first about putting down a deposit because of everything you read on the Internet now a days. The process went smoothly and I was very impressed with the way Ben provided me with updates on the status of my car to it's arrival date. I'm a bit particular about my cars and Ben and Dave met every single one of my needs. The day the car arrived I went to sign for it. Ben let me look at the car before he got it ready for me. I worked with John in the finance office and he was very friendly as well. I decided to decline the extras and he respected my decision and the signing of paperwork went very smooth. Ben did an excellent job detailing my car, answering my questions, meeting my needs, and explaining me the functions. I am a happy customer and feel like part of the Lexus family. Before I left I made sure to let Ben and Dave know how appreciative I was with their outstanding customer service. Truly top notch and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. I will be utilizing their car wash Saturdays and their service department. Lexus makes great cars and great people sell them. Next time I need a new car I will be looking for Ben. He's friendly, respects your decisions, delivers on promises, and just great to work with. The most fun we have ever had in a dealership. I like to have fun, and our experience was nothing short of a blast. Andy was our salesman, and had a good "read" on my personality right out of the box. We were turning in a 2012 Sienna Lease for a 2015 Sienna Lease. We had fun joking around, yest getting the car we wanted. Whe it came time to take the car he was very informative with all of us, and helped us get started with showing us the highlights of the new car. Devin was even in on the fun when we joked with him not knowing his colors. He made it right with my wife by giving her a keychain gift. Dan in finance was no exception to our experience. One thing I truly dispise is "upselling" after I have already made my decisions. However, Dan was very informitive ad helpful, and we did choose of couple of "upsell" items that we might have regretted later if we would have passed them over. He made the most painful part of the car purchase just as enjoyable as all the rest of our experience. The reason we chose this dealership was solely because of the service department. We bought out first lease at another dealership, but Anderson did all the service work. I have always been treated with the greatest amount of respect and kindness. We have always enjoyed each service visit. We have already sent people to Anderson's to buy cars just based on our earlier service experience. Now we have more experience with the rest of the dealereship, we will very highly reccommend Andersons for a next car purchase. More
