We wanted a new car that had good gas mileage and that would fit his golf clubs in the trunk (the number one requirement). After visiting a car show in the Quad Cities, he was turned on to look at Hybrids. After doing some research, we decided that the Toyota brand of hybrids would be our best option. Being from Rockford, I knew that any Anderson Dealership would provide us with an excellent experience and a quality vehicle. We went into the dealership and left with a new car that day. We worked with Andy Brouer who made our experience wonderful. He made sure that we were comfortable and kept us laughing during any time that we had to wait. He made sure that if we needed anything that we had it. They made sure that we understood the entire process and we left with our new car looking beautiful. During the financial aspect of the experience, Troy Hancock made sure that we understood every step that they needed to accomplish for us to be able to leave with our car the same day. He made it easy and as painless as possible for us. Our car buying experience was the best we could have had. My husband is beyond happy with his new car! More

Great experience at Anderson Toyota I've wanted a Prius for 10 years, but was attempting to diligently do my research before buying. I stopped at several other dealerships, looked at oth I've wanted a Prius for 10 years, but was attempting to diligently do my research before buying. I stopped at several other dealerships, looked at other cars, but when I got to Anderson Toyota I found exactly what I was looking for. But best of all, I worked with a great salesman who was patient, explained everything thoroughly, and was personable and interested in ensuring I walked away with a good deal. Al Smith was truly a great salesman--no high-pressure techniques and no over-the-top promotion of what I already knew was a great product. I made the deal and was pleased that Al followed up to be sure he knew exactly when I would be coming to pick up the car. Because pick up was a Saturday, he did much of the prep work himself, making sure the car was gassed up and clean. My husband came with me on the day of the pick up and he, too, was surprised and pleased with the service. We worked with Dan Clapper for our financing; I walked out feeling I understood all the options and that we had made a great decision. Thanks for a great car-buying experience. I hope I won't need another for 10 years (that's how long I had my used Camry!) but I will recommend you to others in search of a friendly and informative experience. More
Great Experience I was car shopping and decided to check out the Lexus IS350. When I walked in Ben Bleed greeted me and we talked about the car and went for a test dr I was car shopping and decided to check out the Lexus IS350. When I walked in Ben Bleed greeted me and we talked about the car and went for a test drive. He was very friendly and informative. I fell in love with the car and decided this was the car I was going to buy. It took a few days and we finally got an offer put together. I also interacted with Dave Pearson who was also great to work with. They did not have the exterior/interior color I was looking for but said they could get it for me. I'm the type of person that would prefer to buy the vehicle off the lot, but I just had to have the color that wasn't available so I agreed and put down a deposit. I admit I was nervous at first about putting down a deposit because of everything you read on the Internet now a days. The process went smoothly and I was very impressed with the way Ben provided me with updates on the status of my car to it's arrival date. I'm a bit particular about my cars and Ben and Dave met every single one of my needs. The day the car arrived I went to sign for it. Ben let me look at the car before he got it ready for me. I worked with John in the finance office and he was very friendly as well. I decided to decline the extras and he respected my decision and the signing of paperwork went very smooth. Ben did an excellent job detailing my car, answering my questions, meeting my needs, and explaining me the functions. I am a happy customer and feel like part of the Lexus family. Before I left I made sure to let Ben and Dave know how appreciative I was with their outstanding customer service. Truly top notch and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. I will be utilizing their car wash Saturdays and their service department. Lexus makes great cars and great people sell them. Next time I need a new car I will be looking for Ben. He's friendly, respects your decisions, delivers on promises, and just great to work with. Andy was our salesman, and had a good "read" on my personality right out of the box. We were turning in a 2012 Sienna Lease for a 2015 Sienna Lease. We had fun joking around, yest getting the car we wanted. Whe it came time to take the car he was very informative with all of us, and helped us get started with showing us the highlights of the new car. Devin was even in on the fun when we joked with him not knowing his colors. He made it right with my wife by giving her a keychain gift. Dan in finance was no exception to our experience. One thing I truly dispise is "upselling" after I have already made my decisions. However, Dan was very informitive ad helpful, and we did choose of couple of "upsell" items that we might have regretted later if we would have passed them over. He made the most painful part of the car purchase just as enjoyable as all the rest of our experience. The reason we chose this dealership was solely because of the service department. We bought out first lease at another dealership, but Anderson did all the service work. I have always been treated with the greatest amount of respect and kindness. We have always enjoyed each service visit. We have already sent people to Anderson's to buy cars just based on our earlier service experience. Now we have more experience with the rest of the dealereship, we will very highly reccommend Andersons for a next car purchase. More

New to Lexus My wife said just as we were entering the Lexus Dealership, "If the salesman is bad, we're out of here!" We spent the next couple of hours w/ Chri My wife said just as we were entering the Lexus Dealership, "If the salesman is bad, we're out of here!" We spent the next couple of hours w/ Chris and had a great experience, he is professional and courteous. Needless to say, I ended up committing on a new RC 350 F-Sport, which needed to be delivered from another dealer. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up in the order, the interior color was wrong, Matt called me the afternoon it was delivered and was very apologetic. He told me I could come look at the color to see if I'd like it, if not they would seek out another. When we got there it was very obvious Matt was embarrassed by the entire situation. Fortunately, they were able to find the correct one and due to the inconvenience, Matt voluntarily paid for my window tinting. While this was not expected it showed me the value they place on excellent customer service. They did not try "brush it under the rug" or place blame onto others, the mistake was probably a bigger deal to them than it was to me. While some reading this review may think I'm being too soft on them, being is sales myself, I've learned we all make mistakes. They were honest and professional in their approach to rectify the situation. Thank you Chris, Matt and John for a very pleasant car buying experience. More

Although he was young, he answered all my questions and worked his tail off trying to please me. I have to say that Dylan worked the hardest of any salesman I have ever used to purchase a vehicle. This is our fifth Toyota/ Lexus we have purchased (3 from this dealership) and we have loved everyone of them. After three visits we finally settled on a beautiful Toyota Tacoma that Doug and his staff went out of their way and found. All in all it was a great experience, from sales to signing.
