Sticker price for car and low ball on trade. Went to Hesser. Tried hard to buy a car from Anderson Toyota. Would have been the 3rd time. The offer we received was sticker price for the Camry and a low ball offer on the trade in. Ask if this was the best they could do and was told that it was. So spent 2hrs for nothing. Emailed Marc at Hesser in Janesville and was able to negotiate most the deal by email. Went up there that night. Same car $3,000 less and same trade $1,750 more. Doubt if I will ever be back here again. Felt sorry for Josh the salesman. He tried hard and was great. And also only know that Devin worked this deal because I had to ask. If I am considering buying a car the least you can do is a hand shake and introduction. Lost art I guess. More

I drove 2.5 hours to get to this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. I was also given a fair trade for my vehicle. I only wish that I lived closer so I could have my Lexus serviced at this dealership. I also like that this dealership is family owned and I was treated like family.
