Windshield Problem Solved When I had left earlier this year with my brand new Corolla, I had noticed throughout the year these suction cup marks. I tried everything on my own to get them gone, but they wouldn't ever budge. Finally with all the recent rain and fog (inside and outside the car) I had enough and let Brock know when I took my Corolla in for servicing. After troubleshooting these were suction cup marks, Brock set up an appointment to have the windshield looked at in depth. When i picked up my car that evening the marks were gone, and everything was squared away. Brock is very helpful and accommodating. Appreciated his attentive personality. More

The dealer checked and diagnosed the problem to be a faulty water pump which confirmed my suspicion as to what may be the problem. Originally I was told that the repair would probably last two to three hours for which I was prepared to wait. Then I was told that they quoted an incorrect repair time. They surmised the correct time would be approximately eight hours and therefore offered a loaner vehicle free of charge, for which I was very greatful, and I accepted. I picked up my van the following day. Needless to say, overall, I was very satisfied with the service i received. More
