Lovin my RX 350 I previously owned a 2001 RX 300 and was coming to the realization that she was going to have to be replaced. The guys at Lexus work as a team and are very knowledgeable, from pricing and leasing to what the car can do-there isn't anything the 350 cannot do though. I was very comfortable dealing with everyone. Big shout out to Randy Alex and Chris Beto. They were so helpful, kind and generous with their time. I’ve only just meet her and when I left it seemed I’ve known her for years. She made me feel at ease and answered all questions honestly. I asked to have the car and paperwork ready by 10:00am. When I arrived the car was parked out front washed, cleaned and a full tank of gas. I really like the fact that she told me to drive the car for a week and write down any question I would have. She stated to come back anytime with the questions and she would answer them. To me customer service is most important when I purchase something.
