Used Car Purchase I live in Wisconsin, 2 1/2 hours away. Was scheduled to pick up a used Lexus on Friday May 6th. I showed up well before the appointed time. My sale I live in Wisconsin, 2 1/2 hours away. Was scheduled to pick up a used Lexus on Friday May 6th. I showed up well before the appointed time. My sales rep, Mike Sartino was not available, so Chris Beto took over, and prepped the car, began explaining all the gadgets, was extremely helpful. No question too stupid. Mike arrived and took over. I'd say I received double the service. Kudos to both Mike and Chris. I also dealt with Ben Bleed in finance. This was an out of state purchase and had to do the extra paperwork, the financing, the warranty information. He put the deal together in a very short amount of time, more than satisfied with the very low rate, all the work. This was a hurry up situation and there was a slight glitch in down payment. Ben worked out, and I drove away in my almost new LX460 that day. The only reason they don't get a 5-star is I tried to call the finance office on Monday, left my name and number and have not received a call back. (I tried Ben but he is on vacation this week.) As a courtesy I wish someone would have called back. More

I am the 24/7 caregiver of my mom with Alzhiemers, safety and reliability were very important to me. Josh was amazing, he fully understood my situation and my needs. He did everything in his power to make things work for me with my fixed income budget. I see Josh as a blessing,as he will always have a special place in my heart. I love my 2013 Subaru Outback!!!!!! My mom and her emotional therapy dog are very comfortable riding whereever we go. I now have peace of mind that we are in a safe and reliable vehicle. Poor car tepair I brought my car in for a transmission and coolant flush. Upon leaving the dealership I noticed that transmission shifting in an unusual manner, altho I brought my car in for a transmission and coolant flush. Upon leaving the dealership I noticed that transmission shifting in an unusual manner, although I am not the regular driver of the car, and did not say anything to my wife about it. The next day, after using the car, she asked me what I had done on the car, and explained. She said that the transmission was shifting differently than before the flush. With that information, I immediately called Anderson and they instructed me to bring it right in. I did that, and took the service advisor for a test ride, and he also noticed a shift issue. The service department then looked at the car, and later informed me that there was coolant in the transmission fluid. I was shocked, to say the least. The service department said that the radiator needed to be replaced, but no real explanation why the coolant got into the transmission fluid apart from a breakdown in the radiator. I was baffled and spoke with the service manager who listened to my concerns, and offered to take something off of the price. My frustration was due to the fact that when the original transmission/coolant flush was completed the car was returned to me as if the job was done correctly and inspected before I drove it away. Obviously it was not. I currently drive a Toyota Sienna with 261,000 miles on it with the original radiator following several transmission flushes with no issues. The Highlander that was serviced had 90,000 miles on it and should not have had the issue. As you can imagine, I feel that there was some service negligence that contributed to the breakdown, and will not return my car to Anderson Toyota for any further service. More

Anderson Toyota did not have that car available on their lot. But, Danny said fear not, we will make calls to other dealers and find this exact car for you. After several days of calling, Danny found the exact car we wanted. We were able to purchase the car from Anderson Toyota. I love my Lexus RX, but truthfully, when I was looking for a new car, I also liked Audi and Mercedes. The tiebreaker - what made me buy a Lexus - was the excellence of the service department at Lexus of Rockford. Even with a luxury brand, a few cars are going to have serious problems. Many will have minor problems. All cars need regular maintenance. The dealer service department, therefore, is crucially important in the experience of car ownership. I bought a Lexus because of the superb reputation (online and word of mouth) of Lexus of Rockford's service department. They have never disappointed me. Each time I've undergone service, I've been able to promptly schedule it around my day. With a day's notice, they always have a loner Lexus available and ready to go. Checking in the car and getting a loner car before work takes all of five minutes. If I want to wait while my car is being serviced, there is a comfortable waiting area with beverages, light snacks, even a quiet area with free Wi-Fi. The service has always been done correctly the first time. Everything is well-explained, and the bill is itemized and easy to read. They can always answer whatever questions arise. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, courteous and approachable. I would never take my car anywhere else. More
