Disgrace to the Toyota name Horrible sales experience. I'm not sure why I bought my truck from these people after the treatment I received from this establishment. Didn't receive any discount off the vehicle and got an insulting value for my trade in. I also was lied to several times about my the whereabouts of my trade in, and was personally insulted by the sales manager during negotiations. The only saving grace was that Scott my salesman was phenomenal, but unfortunately they don't handle the actual sale. I highly recommend you do not give these people your business. Vehicles are expensive investments that these people show no appreciation for. This however is not the reason I have such an issue with this dealership, the reason this place is such a disgrace to Toyota is because of the experience I have had with the service department. This is first time I've been screamed at by someone in customer service. Apparently the individual took serious issue with me when I instructed them to park my new vehicle in a specific location. He came in the service center and yelled at me and told me never to tell his guys what to do, he proceeded to slam down the paperwork for my car and stormed off. It is mind blowing to me that someone can do this and still retain they're job. This event has changed my opinion on Toyota as a whole. More

My relationship with Sales Consultant Michael Miethke began when I was searching the internet for a new vehicle. When I stopped in after work unannounced to test drive a vehicle, Michael gave me his complete attention. I drove the vehicle that I was originally thinking of purchasing, but also tested another which ended up really suiting my desires perfectly. Michael was very familiar with the details of the vehicle and spent a lot of time explaining things that I was unfamiliar with. Further, he offered his future assistance when I encounter unfamiliar accessories. In addition, Sales Manager, Dave Pearson, assisted Michael in making sure that I was pleased in every aspect of this purchase and my Lexus trade-in. Finally, the finance official was very helpful in explaining and achieving my desired end result in financing and warranty criteria. I am very pleased with all areas of my recent purchase. Very pleasant and professional I sincerely felt that I was getting an honest square deal, even though it was a high-mileage used car. I understand it was sold "as-is". Unfortunately, the car should have been examined properly. Large oil spots in my driveway and my shop parking lot. Oil everywhere! Someone put 6 quarts of oil in a crankcase that holds 4.2 quarts. I emptied the pan, measured the amount, referred to the manual and put the correct 4.2 quarts back in. Also, the plastic shroud, or underneath "brush-guard was missing a large section. Negligent service. I cleaned the underside of the engine compartment thoroughly. Oil everywhere. Leaks like a sieve! Unbelievable This car should have been repaired or auctioned or LET THE BUYER BEWARE of a "slight oil leak". I cannot fault the sales people but someone in service should have given a heads-up. More

It was great that I could preview the stock online, and go into the dealership with an idea of what I might test drive. I was greeted by Andy upon arrival, and right away he had two cars ready to show me; interestingly enough the car I liked online was ill-suited, but the one he suggested for me was great and better priced! He soon sat me down with Ben who clearly explained all the financials, and helped me get the best deal possible. My Toyota Corolla is an awesome 2014 sport model, and great to drive! I will recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a new car. More

The dealership closest to me was the obvious choice, but it was also the wrong choice. I went into the service department area, and waited to talk to one of two people at the service desk. One man said he would be with me in a minute, the other man said nothing. The guy who greeted me then disappeared and didn't come back. The other guy (on his computer) glanced up at me, and then back to his computer. He didn't say anything. After a bit, he asked me if I had an appointment, and I said no, I needed to schedule one. He asked me my name and what I needed and I answered his questions. He offered me a time, in three days, that conflicts with my classes. So, I said I couldn't take the appointment. He went back to his computer. I said I would get back to him, he said ok. I could tell that he didn't want to take time to help me because he was working on something else on the computer. I called Loves Park and talked to a man named Brock Correa, who said, when do you want to come in? He gave me his complete attention, and told me he would get me in whenever it was best for me! I will always call this dealership for maintenance on my two vehicles because they act like they care about me, and they want to work with times that are best for me. I appreciate the way I am treated as a customer at this dealership. Thanks Brock for helping me get back on the road in a safe, well maintained vehicle. More
