My Toyota Service Advisor.... Mr. Eric Hoffman was wonderful. He could not have been any better at informing me of any additional work that needed to be done. Low tire light on. Was on my way to golf course when my tire pressure light came on. After my round I pulled in and there were a lot of cars there. He listened to what I wanted and asked questions to help me sometimes know what I wanted. He was not pushy or overbearing. He did not try to sell me a vehicle different than what i wanted. He was very personable and caring. I went back today and he listened to the decisions I had made and concerns I had. I now have my new vehicle. Danny helped me transfer vehicles and set up bluetooth, etc. He told me to write down any questions I have and bring them in and he'll help me. More
