Great Staff at Lexus of Rockford I was considering trading my 2008 ES in on a newer pre-owned model recently, and had not dealt in Rockford before. My husband set up an appointment with Steve Anderson to drive a pre-owned 2014 ES and from the moment we walked in the dealership, we felt comfortable. Steve Anderson was so great to work with, as was Chris Beto who also helped us out when Steve was not available. Dave Pearson was very pleasant to negotiate with and we were able to get a deal worked out without any major hassle. I would HIGHLY recommend dealing with Steve, Chris and Dave at Lexus of Rockford. Rick Kroeger was very helpful and a pleasure to work with I bought a 2014 Camry on Labor Day and Rick Kroeger was a pleasure to work with. I had both my sons with me through the entire process. The other is 11 and mostly along for the ride. But Rick was very patient and friendly with all of us. It turned out to be a pleasant experience for everyone. He was also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I knew the make and model I was looking for but had a pretty wide margin when it came to cost. I wanted the most value for a car best suited for my particular situation. Of course I had several to choose from. But Rick took the time to listen first and then was quickly able to show me the car I wound up purchasing. A final thanks to Rick for following up after the sale. Being Labor Day holiday there were a couple items that couldn’t be addressed until the next day. By Friday he had come through with everything he promised and then some. More
