They sent Brian (I think that was his name. . . .young, blonde, happy, helpful) and he jumped the battery, gave me advice on getting home safely, and told me it was time for a new battery. I asked him what I owed and he said, " no charge. . . it's a Lexus. That's what we do" We purchased our car at Lexus of Rockford 4 years ago. . . our next will come from them, also!! More
