Called the dealership only to be told they'd pay for one new tire if I paid for the other. All I wanted was it replaced with a good used tire but NOPE. I have to pay $175.00 for a new tire. Plus the truck was advertised with a lot less miles on it which I couldn't see because the odometer wasn't showing. they only missed the mileage by 3000 miles. not a very pleasant experience to say the least. After a few days Randy Alex got in touch made things right. Thank you for your effort Randy! More

Our experience was the best we have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. Our salesman, Steve Anderson, manager rep Mike Sartino and finance rep Ben Bleed were all great to work with. Steve, Mike and Ben all treated us as if we were loyal customers and not first time buyers. It was actually a good experience purchasing a new car and not high pressured as the other area dealer sales people. We will be sure to work with Steve, Mike and Ben when considering purchasing another vehicle. More

I showed up at 12:30pm on a Saturday afternoon complaining of a foul smell in my Lexus, obviously caused by a dead animal, probably a rodent caught in an air filter. Eric, the service manager on duty, took over and solved the problem in a very short time. The odor, and offending critter, was gone, the car smelled fine and I was on my way again. This was not the first incidence of truly friendly and courteous service I have had with Anderson Lexus, and, I want to note that the staff is always friendly and outgoing, combining a "can-do" attitude with a genuine interest in making me happy. Anyone can promise good service. Providing it and making the customer feel valued at the same time is special. More
