Excellent Customer Service I leased my first Toyota 2 and a half years ago and part of the lease included the Toyota Care Service. Each time I have had to schedule service, I ha I leased my first Toyota 2 and a half years ago and part of the lease included the Toyota Care Service. Each time I have had to schedule service, I have had no problem making appointments that worked with my schedule, everyone has been extremely helpful and I am able to wait while service was done. I just went in for my last appointment before my lease is up and Greg not only took care of my service needs but he also explained how to continue Toyota Care should I decide to purchase my leased vehicle. I have been extremely pleased with my Camry as well as all service needs at no additional cost. Plus they always give me free car wash at any Kelley Williamson Mobil with each visit. More

Since the wife had the tries rotated yesterday, we were surprised. A neighbor, Nate Martin, was driving by. Nate saw we were having a problem, stopped, and offered to change the tire. Nate is an employee of Anderson Toyota. As he started loosening lug nuts, he said this was something Toyota was happy to do for us. When the jack failed because the car was on a slope, Nate drove home and brought back two jacks so he could finish the job. I then drove the car up to the dealership and they repaired the tire, which had picked up a nail. Thanks to Nate, our day before Thanksgiving has given us even more to be thankful for. More

In October, Sr. Service Advisor Ryan Corey offered great customer service that started with a handshake and ended with a recommendation that saved me time and money. In November, David Gilmore, provided great follow-up as I called while on travel for business regarding a 2018 4Runner on the lot. He not only worked hard to have the vehicle ready for a test drive, but was fair in the negotiation process. I will definitely recommend the service AND sales department at Anderson Toyota. More
Visitor from Florida had to receive service twice in a week. I was traveling from Florida last month and my car would not stay started. It kept shutting down after about 1 to 5 secs of starting. After finally I was traveling from Florida last month and my car would not stay started. It kept shutting down after about 1 to 5 secs of starting. After finally getting it to stay running, i drove to the dealership and explained my situation to Eric Hoffman. Of course like may "car stories" the car started every time we tried it at the dealership. But Eric took the time to make sure my battery was charged, it was. He left me with his card and directions to call if I had any further trouble while in the Rockford area. Guess what, I was back a week later...not with the same problem, a new one. I had been backed into by a car while parallel parking. The other car had hit my front bumper hard enough to leave a small dent and snap some clips to send my drivers side front bumper askew by an inch or so. I was worried about driving back to Florida with the bumper flapping. To my rescue, out of the service department came Hector...he took my car and when it was returned after a half hour, it had been washed and my bumper back in alignment and very solid. Thank you so much. More
