Anderson Toyota and Lexus of Rockford are part of the Anderson Automotive Group which has been serving the Rockford IL area for over 50 years. Our dealership is located on the corner of Riverside and Perryville in Loves Park IL, conveniently near I-90. In the past, at a different dealership, I felt very rushed in my car buying experience. Chris in sales, Matt in management, and Ben in finances each spent so much time with us to explain everything in detail. We never felt rushed to make a decision whatsoever and we felt very comfortable to ask any questions. They even worked with us to determine which of our two cars had the greater trade in value. Oil pan plug not fully seated after last oil change About a month ago I brought my Camry in for an oil change, which I have been doing the past few years, along with other needed service, without incide About a month ago I brought my Camry in for an oil change, which I have been doing the past few years, along with other needed service, without incident. My last oil change resulted in an oil leak, which took a while to notice because my wife doesn't drive it much. When we did notice the puddle under the car I took it a friend who is a mechanic and he found that the oil pan plug was about a quarter turn loose. More
