Grant was technician who figured out the issue. Jeff, the service manager, was very communicative with me and very kind and understanding. This service department did NOT give up on my car until they figured out the issue, and I'm really proud of all of them. I am a customer for life now, which is a good feeling when you have a dealership and salesman you can trust. More

I just returned home with my new Lexus! From the moment we met our salesman, Giovanni Benitez, I started to feel more at ease. They didn't have the exact car we wanted, so it had to be ordered, but arrived even sooner than expected. Giovanni kept me informed on a regular basis as we also discussed delivery dates, financing, and other issues. Ben, the finance manager, was very efficient and informative and made the process simple and stress-free. I was pretty nervous when Giovanni took us to the car for the tutorial, but he was very patient and gave me the confidence I needed to learn to operate this wonderful luxury vehicle. He told me I can come back again for further instruction and tutorials and that he would always be willing to help out. As we departed, both Ben and Giovanni were sure to let us know that we can count on them to be there for us for any further information and/or concerns.
