Monica was a great sales rep. Although she was relatively new, she was a perfect match for us. We knew what we wanted and she understood that. We went to another dealer to drive a vehicle and were happy to buy, but we didn't think that the price was the best they could do, so we walked. She listened to what we wanted (a specific specification that was not on their lot) - she did not try to sell us something that we didn't want. Within a week we got the right car at the right price (a $2,000 better deal than the other dealer was giving us) a good rate of finance and not too much pushy to buy all the "extras" A very pleasant experience which was all because Monica and the rest of the Anderson team actually listened to what we wanted. When we later wanted to cancel a GAP insurance he took care of that promptly. Their hospitality did not end when we paid and left the office. When we came back in two weeks to fix some minor problems, they were taken care of promptly and free of charge. The car was delivered in good shape, so my wife and kids are enjoying their new ride. This was a very satisfying experience. We also serviced our Honda there a few times and they were very accomodating. I would definetely recommend this dealership for its great customer service in sales or service. More
