I took my vehicle in for an alignment and rotation, got it back and had same problem as when I took it in! They couldn't show me the before and after specs from the alignment so how do I know they even did it back and had same problem as when I took it in! I spent ALL DAY try to get it straightened out and finally left 11 hours after taking the vehicle in for a SCHEDULED appointment. I got home and called a friend that is a mechanic to find out that half of what Robert Wilkens told me was a LIE!! I would NEVER suggest this dealership to anyone and would encourage anyone that received poor service to contact the Federal Trade Commission or the Texas Attorney General's Office, both of which investigate fraud and consumer protection allegations. I hit a pothole and bent one of my factory rims, Ancira got me back on the road as quickly as possible. All the employees are very welcoming and empathetic towards my needs. I would definatley recommend Ancira to a friend. I felt as if Fernando was waiting for my e-mail and personalized my experience. I had a very unusual experience at Ancira Nissan. I went in to look at a new vehicle and even did a test drive. After the test drive, the salesman took me back inside where there are a group of tables and c in to look at a new vehicle and even did a test drive. After the test drive, the salesman took me back inside where there are a group of tables and chairs with lots of folks waiting for their vehicles. He proceeded to start asking personal questions, name, address, phone, balance on my trade in, where the car was financed, etc. I kept whispering as I did NOT want all my personal information available to others who sitting around. There was absolutely no privacy. I kept whispering so he would get the idea that this is not something I want everyone to know about. Then he went off to talk to the manager... you know the routine... well, then he came back out and proceeded to tell me that they would not give me Blue Book or NADA value on my car because it is a GM car and "we don't know what is going to happen to them" (in earshot of everyone else waiting in the room). It was very unpleasant experience and they showed no consideration for maintaining any privacy regarding personal information. In this day of identity theft, I would think asking personal questions should be done in a private situation. I was definitely not impressed with their manners or protocal regarding privacy issues. I went to this dealership several times to get the regular oil change or tire pressure adjustment. Except for the first visit, the waits for all the 3 visits since were extremely long. The one time before last, they totally forgot to perform the simple oil & lube and had my family waited some 3 hours that they offered to give me that service for free. This latest round, they pulled my car to the back 30 minutes after I arrived & put in the order. And once again, the rest of the time, the car just sat there in the back corner of the building out of the open view for over 2 hours that I had to walk up to the manager to ask WHEN will my car get done. He immediately responded that it was already in the shop and should take no longer than 15 minutes. Sure enough, my car then got driven in for service few minutes after I inquired for oil & lube and tires rotation. Within 10 minutes, it was ready. I swore then & there that I will NEVER bring my car back to this dealership (ANCIRA NISSAN) again nor will I purchase any vehicle from ANCIRA for their INCONSIDERATION of my time and their INDIFFERENCE to their customers! If a simple job do not get done promptly and manager is a liar, do they think I would bring my car in to get worked on at their place with a more complicated fix??? Save your time and take your car elsewhere but here! Sales was UNimpressive and Service simply was Horrible! More

I had bought a 2008 Nissan Altima. Several months ago. I love the car. However, i just received a phone call from Mickey a new salesperson,stating that Jake had left and now he was the new salesperson. He w love the car. He wanted to know if I knew anyone that was looking for a new vehicle. i said NO. He continued and asked for names of 5 of my friends anyway,after I told him No one was interested in buying a car. He BEGGED me for names and phone numbers to solicit my friends. I finally told him "What part of NO didn't you get?" I would have recommended Jake but not this new guy. He is too pushy. Wasting my time on my cell phone and during the day!!! DO NOT EVER CALL ME AGAIN!!!! Nissan is a great car, please revamp your sales force. More
