I have rated the "Service" as Great primarily due to my service representative Tim Elkey. Although I have had several problems with my 2005 350Z, Tim has always found a way to remedy the issue. INCREDIBLE experience, especially after dealing with Gillman Honda... Ancira had everything ready for me when I got to town - we did the entire negotiation over the phone/email, and my car was ready to Gillman Honda... Took 1.5 hours total to get all the paperwork ready. Fastest car buying experience I have EVER had. Not only will I buy from them again, I would recommend them highly to anybody who hates the haggling that goes on at most dealerships. Went in with a price in mind, came out with a lower price. Where else do you get this? And the guys were great, friendly, obviously know their business. Kudos to the guys and Ancira for making my visit to SA to buy my car such a pleasure. I went in and Tim was very friendly and efficient. When making the appointment he asked me when it would be good for me to bring it in. He then kept me up to speed on what was going on. Vehicle was finsihed way sooner than expected. When i went to get it, again Tim greeted me by name, walked me to cashier. When I left he thanked me for the business. I have (and will) let people know about the great service I received from Ancira Nissan and Tim. I visited another dealership and the service was horrible.
