Berky was very friendly when he greeted us and had no problem showing us around the lot. Some of the managers we found to be a little pushy and short with us, but Berky was very patient and answered all problem showing us around the lot. With almost forty years of car ownership, this was , by far, the easiest, most pleasant car purchase we have had. After I totaled my car, I really needed to get a car quick before the semester was going to start for school. I went to Ancira Nissan after I found the car I wanted in their online inventory. We had a good experience with Ancira Nissan. Tyson was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The one area that could have been avoided was having two other sales persons/managers com our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The one area that could have been avoided was having two other sales persons/managers come and talk to us about what a deal we were receiving. I would have rated the experience great if it wouldn't have been for that added talk, especially after researching and gathering the information we had, then having the two manager/salespersons doing their best to convince us that what we were asking for was unthought of. Tyson, however did work hard to advocate for us and in the end I felt that the price and financing deal was a good one, so he made the difference for us. More
Upon arrival, we parked in front of the Used Car dept. Where Jorge greeted us promptly and courteously. We informed him that we were looking to purchase a new vehicle. We walked over to the New Car dept. Where Jorge greeted us promptly and courteously. We informed him that we were looking to purchase a new vehicle. We walked over to the New Car dept. There we walked around the Murano's for about 15 minutes. Noone ever came over to greet my Wife and I. However, we did see several sales persons sitting down on a bench smoking and talking while several others were just leaning against the wall. My Wife goes inside to ask to speak to a Manager. The Manager that showed up never apologized for his staff nor did he have a sale person come to service us. Instead, he told my Wife and I that the dealership was extremely busy. It was Sunday around 5:30 p.m. He then asked if we would identify all the salepersons who didn't acknowledge us. We kindly told him that wasn't our jobs to do that. We walked out with the intentions of never come back. However, we saw Jorge again and thanked him for being to only person to acknowledge my Wife and I. He apologized for the negative experienced and asked yet again if there was something he could help us with. Because of sincere and professional attitude, we went out on several test drives of Used and New vehicles. We picked a vehicle out, signed some paperwork, and drove it home. Jorge stayed while past closing that Sunday evening making sure everything was to our liking. The following Monday was a holiday. My Wife came back on Tuesday having changed her mind about purchasing the use vehicle. Instead she wanted a new vehicle. Jorge, then showed her about 10 new vehicles that had arrived on Monday. Allowing her to test drive and inspect all of them. Sometimes while being on the phone with me. Through all of this time, Jorge displayed nothing but outstanding professionlism and courtesy. Even through some tough negotiations between myself and the Sales Manager Mike Fording. My Wife and I cannot thank Jorge Trevino enough for the professionalism he showed toward us. I would also like to thank Mike Fording (Sales Manager) for his patients with me after I really became upset about proposed deal. His cool, calm and professional demeanor difused a hot-headed husband (Me) from walking away from a great deal and dealership. Perhaps the only difficult part of the transaction was at the beginning of the deal ... and that was finding and meeting Mr. Keith Stuckart(Sales Consultant).It was on Valentine's Day and they were extremely busy, once I was able to locate Keith, everything went very smooth! I am a true believer that in order for one to get a great deal on a new or used vehicle, a person has to be fair and reasonable...the sales consultant needs to make money, the dealership needs to make money and the customer needs to feel like he got a good deal...all three of these things happened and I could not feel better about my dealings with Ancira Nissan. I must give special thanks to Mr. Grady Chason (General Sales Manager)..It's a pleasure to do business with someone who is honest and genuine... and basically a very "Down to Earth" person. The entire transaction went as smooth as silk, and as a business man in San Antonio, I will definately be recommending that my friends, family and employees strongly consider doing business with Ancira Nissan! Keith was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient as I looked and drove several cars, and he seemed to be genuinely he was busy with another customer.
