Incredible service I went to Ancira Nissan today to get my oil changed and to get my battery checked out because it did'nt start right away until i moved around the gear I went to Ancira Nissan today to get my oil changed and to get my battery checked out because it did'nt start right away until i moved around the gear shifter to make sure it was fully in park. After doing that, it finally started up right away , but I still wasn't sure so I thought I'd get it checked out. When I arrived I was actually greeted in the service drive by a really nice lady named Dana I believe.? I hope I got her name right. Anyways, I didn't have to wait for any length of time for someone to acknowledge me. Dana actually greeted with the word HELLO, I was almost in shock that there was still a thing called customer service these days. I get a cup of coffee every mornig at Starbucks, I can't even get a good morning half the time or a thank you when spending five dollars on a cup of coffee. I had already made the decision to continue to bring my car to this location for service. Ancira Nissan truly seemed as if they were very appreciative to have my business. I've been to several different Nissan stores and had my oil changed, but I have never got that kind if quick service. Come to find out there was nothing even wrong with my battery so they didn't even charge me to diagnostic fee for checking it out. Thanks again Ancira Nissan.... *Best Service Department* in town! Took our new/used truck in to have some additional parks added to it and a couple other minor things taken care of. Even thou there was a slight mix up with the wrong part coming in from California, they called me right away to notify me so I wasn't inconvenienced and kept me up to date on when it would be in and when I could pick up my truck.
