He told us to wait in the lounge, which is very comfortable and accommodating. I do wish he had given me an estimated wait time but I forgot to ask. It didn’t take very long even though there were a quite a few people waiting in the area. Travis went over everything they did in detail and answered all the questions I had. Customer Focused I recently stopped in to Ancira Nissan to have my vehicle serviced. She was cheerful and energetic as we conversed on my service needs. She quickly took my keys and pointed me towards the owners lounge for some free snacks and coffee. I was pleasantly surprised when Ms Terrazas called my name and told me my vehicle service was complete and the car was ready to go.I was in and out the door in under 40 minutes. Ms Terrazas went over all of the service performed , the multi-point vehicle inspection, and every item on my final bill, She thanked me for my loyal ownership and answered all of my questions. She made me feel special. More
