Nissan Rouge sv 2016 Head light system error popped up while driving and I wasn’t able to turn the engine off after parking .This happend at 8 pm and by that time the deal Head light system error popped up while driving and I wasn’t able to turn the engine off after parking .This happend at 8 pm and by that time the dealership was closed.The engine and lights doesn’t get turned off at all, even though I plugged out battery +ve terminal.I called my insurance and they told me that they can’t help as the car is still drivable.so I was compelled to leave the car engine and lights turned ON throught out the night.Next day I drove it to the dealership in the first hour and explained the situation.I was told that they were able to turn off engine by disconnecting the alternator and the problem is with IPDM( intelligent processor device module).As it was covered under warranty, they replaced it at free of cost. I was happy with their service but was concerned with what had happened to my car with in a time of 1 year 7 months of its purchase.Hope I shall see my car trouble free moving forward.I love my ANCIRA NISSAN ROUGE .👍👏 I gave it on Friday morning and got it repaired and received on Monday afternoon. More
