Oil change and battery replacement. Came in for an oil change and battery replacement. I had purchased a maintenance plan from this dealer when I purchased my Pathfinder just 5 months pr Came in for an oil change and battery replacement. I had purchased a maintenance plan from this dealer when I purchased my Pathfinder just 5 months prior, and battery replacement is covered by the plan. However, the service rep said that I would have to come back during normal business hours, as the office that administers the maintenance plan was closed for the day. Would have thought that they would have just went ahead and replaced the battery and handled the paperwork when the office was opened again. Instead, I have to bring the Pathfinder back to the dealership and probably wait another 3 hours. More
