Repairs #1: I always ask for Mike Andrews for Service Advisor. He is the one that I trust. Not only his knowledge, but he also spends time in the service b #1: I always ask for Mike Andrews for Service Advisor. He is the one that I trust. Not only his knowledge, but he also spends time in the service bay overseeing the work - that is appreciated. Mike is easy to work with, keeps me informed of what is going on and does not give promises that cannot be fulfilled - No Malarkey! He is always polite and thankful. He is an employee you do not want to lose. I immediately noticed the difference in driving my vehicle once repairs has been done - yeah! For the Ancira administration: I paid over $2K in repairs and I would think that when a customer pays that amount of $$, there would be no charge for a rental. Your rentals should be categorized as non-smokers and smokers. Being asthmatic, just the residue of leftover smoke affects my breathing and covering up with fragrance makes things worse as that is just chemicals. I live under 5 miles away from the dealership and when I got home, it was parked - I could not be in a smoke bomb. Susie Werts More
