This dealership did an awesome job! I really appreciated the print out summary about my car. My boyfriend dropped the car off during his lunch break and picked it back up once they were done. I don’t know about the “dealership” per-say but what I do know about is the service advisor (Travis) This guy is on top of his game and being in the car business myself for over 20yrs I pretty much know the know about is the service advisor (Travis) This guy is on top of his game and being in the car business myself for over 20yrs I pretty much know the “ins” & “outs”. And this guy gave it to me straight. My engine light came on so I called my family mechanic and he advised me that it was smthg a dealership would have to handle. So I called and luckily got Travis and explained my situation and that I was leaving for the coast the next day on a fishing trip. Travis verified he had the part needed to fix my truck and called me right away to inform me my truck would be done by days end. Not only did he do just that he made me aware of a warranty I bought when I bought the truck that it was no good that Nissan already had me covered for more and longer than the extra warranty. I have since ditched my family mechanic and will only go thru Travis for any and all future issues concerning my truck. Can’t thank him enough. More
