Communication was terrible. I made an appointment to drop off my car at 7 am and my car wasn’t even checked out until 3-4 days later. What was the point of dropping off days in advance? I had to call you to check on the status of my car! Even after that it was a terrible experience as I was told different times of the. My car would be ready. It took forever to get it fixed and I had to make the phone calls all the time ans put pressure on you to get my car done. On top of that we were told ;we didn’t ask) that my car was just cleaned up inside and out and just waiting for me to pickup. Well guess what? It wasn’t clean. At all. You actually left plastic and paper inside my car that was used Im assuming to protect it. It was a very disappointing experience. We had to remind our guy of the things that needed to be done almost every single time. I hope Miguel was only having a few bad days because this is not the experience we had with him before. The license Plate holder that you were supposed to fix already fell off on its own. More
